Any Pacific Haven Resort sale contract that is signed and with the deposit paid from now until midnight 31st December 2019, will attract extra commission.
For a Pool-Front bungalow with land (only 6 left): Extra 1% (3,500 USD)
For a Waterfront bungalow with land (only 3 left): Extra 2% (9,000 USD)
This is based on the sale price, and is on top of the normal commission percentage in your agreement with MWREL. The same bonus applies to both Agent and Affiliate agreements.
